Customer Follow Up: One of the best ways to get monthly reorders and new orders from customers is to do customer follow up each week. You should follow up with your customers 2 Days, 2 Weeks and 2 Months after they receive their product. It's also very important to build that relationship with them so that they know they can come to you with any issues and you will happily resolve them for them. HERE is a great training on how to manage your customer follow up system.
Images & Graphics: Schedule a photo shoot with a local photographer to get some generic images of you working your business that can be used in your branding and social media. Some examples could be: putting on stripes, making a phone call, applying makeup, working on the computer, sitting on the couch drinking morning coffee, playing outside with the kids, sitting at your desk etc. Think of it as a sneak peek photo shoot of your "day in the life" of your business. Next is to get comfortable using some graphics apps on your phone. I recommend: Word Swag, Airbrush, Pic Collage, Over, Canva and HypeType.

When you are driving... throw on a video to listen too, waiting in line somewhere...throw on a video, folding laundry...throw on a video. Replace mindless social media scrolling with education!
